I pulled out my Ladies Dancing card kit from justjohanna this weekend to play around a little.
The kit comes with a full sheet of rubber images - a whole bunch of bird "ladies" and their dresses and accessories. The dresses come in parts so you can mix and match. The kit also has patterned paper, cardstock and embellishments. They come in two different versions - vintage and bright. You can see the kits HERE
With this card, I paper pieced my skirts and when I assembled the "lady" I popped up the bottom edge of each layer to give it dimension. I also added a little Copic marker shading to the patterned paper.
I like the look and I tried to take one of those fancy sideways photos you see on other blogs to show off the dimension - but it just came out blurry - oh well...
For this one, I was playing around with other things I could do with the skirts. Other design team members created these really cute flowers with them.
Well - I made an umbrella .....?
And how about some mushrooms??
LOL - silly I know, but fun to play with.
The last card uses the bird I dubbed "diamond Lady" because of her rings. She likes the glitz...............
Thanks so much for stopping by to see my little play time cards.
Don't forget my "Gallon of Gas" shipping promotion in the Paper Garden Projects store. Any size order ships Priority to anywhere in the continental US for $4.05.
The sale ends Wednesday.
I have moved!
