Card sketches

I love card sketches. I don't know where I would be without them. Probably still sitting there in my craft corner gazing at a pile of stamps, paper, ribbons and brads wondering what the heck to do with it!

There are some really great sources for sketches on line. Some of my favorites are Splitcoast Stampers, A shade of Blue, and Page Maps. Kim Frantz (part of the justjohanna design team) also puts up awesome sketches on her blog "Paper Squares" every Wednesday. There is also a new site called Card Positioning Systems that I have not worked with yet but I do want to try. (and now I've just won the prize for the most links in one paragraph!)

If you know of any good card map sites that I've missed, please let me know (maybe I'll even send a little Thank You RAK...)

Here is my version of the latest Splitcoast Stampers card sketch challenge. All stamps are by justjohanna. The paper is My Minds Eye.

By the way - does everyone know how to make these little rounded tab things with and ordinary circle punch? If not I can share a how-to picture.

Really beautiful card!! I think I know the circle punch trick :)
I love sketches also. On 2peas is a new sketch posted each Friday. They are made by 2peas members. I have put all 2006 sketches in one post on the stamping gallery:
