I have a thing with birds lately. Of course, you know I love all of Johanna's classy birds. I especially love Belle and I'm sure you will be seeing a lot more of her from me.
But, being an equal opportunity bird lover, I also liked the "Basic Birds" stamps by The Angel Company. They are very basic, open images - but I came up with a few ideas for them.
For this first card, I stamped the bird and sentiment in Versamark and embossed in white. I added more detail with a Versamarker and embossed that in white as well. Then added color and doodling with Souffle Gelly pens. The white spirals at the bottom are from the Angel company "Pasiley Rockz" set. Paper is Basic Grey.
For this card, I stamped all 4 of the birds and embossed and paper pieced the one middle bird. The sentiment is from justjohanna. You can't get better bird sentiments anywhere. This paper is Basic Grey as well.
I have moved!
