Oh! Tagged - I'm it.......

I've been tagged by Teresa - all the way from Australia.

So here is what I'm supposed to do:
1. Link to the person that tagged you and leave a comment on their blog, so that their readers can visit yours.
2. Post the rules on your blog.
3. Share 7 Random facts about yourself on your blog.
4. Tag 7 random people at the bottom of your post, linking to their blog. Let each person know by leaving a comment on their blog.

Random facts.....

Hmmm.... I'm pretty much a control freak. I've made several attempts to change this behavior and have failed miserably. Since control freaks really hate to fail at stuff, I've given up trying to change and am working on embracing my "freakishness".

I'm nearly 6 feet tall and have really big feet. So I never shop for shoes unless I absolutely must. I don't even normally buy shoe stamps.

In our household, there are 7 females - plus DH. Me, 3 daughters, a female cat (Squishy - don't ask) and two guinea pigs (thanking my lucky stars both are female).

I calculated that I should be going through menopause just about the same time the DD's are going through puberty. I expect this to be a very interesting time for DH.

Apparently, my favorite color is green. I never realized this until I started the Garden Party challenges. I always thought my favorite color was blue - go figure.

I love to garden and I'm always eyeing all those clever new-fangled plants (especially perennials). I've managed to kill more than my fair share of them!

I'm not sure if being a store owner is my life calling (LOL). But it has been fascinating so far. I've learned a ton about how things work - and I've learned a few things about myself too.

So I'm tagging:

Kathy - who is very talented and a very sweet person.

Mel - who does beautiful work and gives great instructions and tutorials

Savitri - who does amazing digi scrapping (and regular papercrafts) and has great photoshop tips

3 Dimensional Me - I found this site through another group I'm on and I'm blown away by her scrap pages

Fresh and Fun (Beate) - Who I'm sure many of you know already. She is very talented and amazingly productive. One hard working paper crafter if you ask me.

Kris's Color Stripes - I've mentioned this one before, but I LOVE it. What a talented eye for color!

Whew...

Oh, about the card.... I made the card using the Vintage Kit from justjohanna. It comes with an unmounted sheet of rubber images. The dress skirts are in sections so you can mix and match. It also has accessories (yes - even shoes) for the "ladies. Its colored with Copics - and the trims are part of the kit!

Thanks Cathy!

Re: the timing thing... been there, done that, dh weathered that storm. Poor thing.

I love the card, but then again, I always love your cards.

Hi Cathrine,

Wow you're tall. You're about a whole foot taller than I am! LOL!

I don't necessarily love gardening but I do love plant but like you, my poor plants suffer under my care!

Thank you for sharing all the interesting things about yourself!!
