Another month, another justjohanna special deal - Yay!
This month is a very cute set of birthday stamps. If you buy the stamps as a set, you save 25%. You can check it out HERE.
That owl is pretty darn cute!
Here are a couple cards I made using the set.
I did a little masking to put the owl into the box. I love masking. I love when you pull the masks away and see your creation - fun!
I think the paper is Fancy Pants Designs (it was a leftover piece with the end cut off). The image is colored with Copics and the rectangle and scalloped rectangle were cut with Wizard dies.
Here another card. I like that long bracket frame because its so versatile. And the casual look is perfect with the justjohanna font. The paper is from the Paper Crate Brunch collection. This was colored with Copcs too.
If you want to see what others have made with these stamps, there is a justjohanna form and gallery. It contains cards from the design team plus cards that were made by customers. Its so fun to see what everyone created. Some people are amazingly creative. Here is the April Special Deal gallery.
Also - check out the design team blogs on my side bar - there is some amazing work there.
In other news - both Maria and Danni were kind enough to tag me with this You Make My Day award. I can't tell you how happy I am to know I make anyone's day! Things have been soooo hectic at the homestead lately that I'm afraid I might have been a tad bit grumpy lately. But... things are definitely looking up!
I really don't think I can pick 5 blogs - I did choose some last week but its so hard. I think I have over 100 in my google reader and I find more everyday. They are ALL inspirational. So, if you are reading this consider yourself tagged - and go out there and poke around a little. Its amazing what you can find.
Sorry - one more bit. The spammers found me! I tried to hold out, but I was afraid someone would click one of those evil links they leave in the comments before I could delete it. So I had to enable the comment verification. I hate doing that but I guess that is the world we live in.
